Our Condition Grading

To keep things transparent, every device we list is described using one of the following conditions: New devices are sealed and unopened, with the full original manufacturer warranty. Certified Refurbished devices have been professionally inspected, tested, and cleaned, and are backed by our own warranty. Graded pre-owned devices (Grade A, B, or C) are fully functional and tested, with the grade reflecting cosmetic condition: Grade A shows minimal signs of use, Grade B shows moderate wear, and Grade C shows visible wear consistent with regular use.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. This applies to new, certified refurbished, and graded pre-owned devices alike. Custom or bulk wholesale orders placed through our Wholesale Inquiry process are generally final sale, unless the goods are defective or do not match what was agreed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed, at no extra cost to you.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us through the form on our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending any item back, so it can be tracked and processed correctly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Where the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Policy

New devices are covered by the original manufacturer’s international warranty, where applicable, in addition to your statutory rights. Certified Refurbished devices are covered by Burjul Anaam’s own 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing and functional defects, including issues with the battery, charging, display, and buttons. Graded pre-owned devices (Grade A, B, and C) are covered by a 3-month limited warranty for functional defects. Warranty coverage does not extend to cosmetic wear that was disclosed at the time of sale.

What’s Not Covered

Returns and warranty claims do not cover accidental or liquid damage, damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, or devices reported lost or stolen. Items must be returned with any original IMEI, serial numbers, and accessories intact.
